WINK Money Back Guarantee Terms
If you are not satisfied with the results from using WINK, you can receive a full refund of the product purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs ($4.50 for free shipping orders). We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on WINK only, for US customers only. The guarantee is only for your first bottle of WINK. Any subsequent purchases are not eligible for the money back guarantee.
To be eligible for the money back guarantee, you must contact us with your order number and receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of purchase. We will ask that you send back the WINK bottle to us. Once we have received it, we will process your refund.
Please note that you will not be refunded for any additional shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds if the product does not last 2 months. Each product has exactly enough rotations in the wand for 60 full rotations (2 month's use) after getting it started. Please follow the directions and use the suggested amount of product!
We do not offer product refunds. If you think there is an defect with the product you receive, please send us an email with pictures of the defects or concerns at email@example.com
If we are aware of a defect with your product's batch, we will replace the product immediately. We offer replacements in the case of faulty product only.
Please be aware that our WINK bottles are exactly a 2 month's supply for either lashes OR brows. Each bottle has exactly 65 rotations inside. The average number of rotations to start the pen is 5. Follow the instructions carefully, using only 1/2 rotation per eyebrow or eyelid per night. If you use more than this, the product will not last 2 months. The product's "length of use" is based on the number of rotations inside the bottle.
Tax & Import Duties
Currently, we are required by the state of Indiana to collect sales tax on any orders within Indiana.
If you are outside the US, you may be responsible for paying duties on your order when it arrives. Please check with your country's import duty laws to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Shipping Times + Shipping Policy
We ship all our products using the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will be able to choose your shipping speed at checkout.
Our handling time is 1-2 days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you did not receive an email including tracking, please check your spam folder first, then email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are ordering outside the US, please be aware that our free shipping option takes up to 2 weeks. You will also be able to check your order with the tracking number provided.
Your subscription will charge at the intervals you choose. All subscription orders are final sale. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the next charge is made, you will be charged and your order will ship. We cannot accept refused shipments or returns.
